Tahitian Gold Company features both Vanilla planifolia and V. tahitensis species, and specializes in the highly coveted vanilla beans of Tahiti. Our “Tahitian Gold” brand features natural, Certified Organic and Kosher vanillas, available in retail or foodservice sizes.

• Tahitensis: native to Tahiti and Papua New Guinea. Their fruity, floral notes enhance sweetness in foods. Prized by chefs for cream desserts, baked goods, fruit pastries, smoothies, fruit salads and more.

• Planifolia: native to Madagascar and all other vanilla growing regions. Their smooth, creamy flavor is delicious in baked goods, chocolate, cream desserts and savory appetizers.
